Join me as I walk you through my journey—from turning short leases into millions to my early days purchasing properties in Dubai in the 2000s, and then honing my strategy in North London.

Starting with humble beginnings stacking bread at Sainsbury’s (no pun intended), I saved diligently to invest in my first property. While still working at Sainsbury’s, I managed to purchase five properties, and with guidance from a mentor, I adopted the BRR (Buy, Refurbish, Refinance) method, which really propelled my success.

Through completing numerous projects, I’ve become an expert in the short lease strategy, focusing on properties that need refurbishment and potential conversion into 1-2 bed units.
