This includes buying a flat or a house, refurbishing (and sometimes reconfiguring the layout), renting the property out and then remortgaging to extract usually around 65% to 75% of your investment to then reinvest this into another property. Basically recycling some of your original cash.

Buy, Extend the lease, Refurbish, Rent, Remortgage, Repeat (BERRRR or BERRR)

Buy, Extend the Lease, Refurbish, Rent, Remortgage, Repeat (Also known as BRRRR or BRRR). BTL

Buy to Let (BTL) single lets

Buy a property, give this a light refurbishment sometimes, but not always and then rent this out on the open market. Generally investors sit and wait for potential capital appreciation (when the property value increases over time).

Short Leases

When you buy a flat or a house with a short lease, you then extend the lease or purchase the Freehold without doing any refurbishment or reconfiguration. This lease extension creates uplift in value, a paper version of the BRRR.

Advice and guidance is available in relation to what to do and you can do with your current property portfolio. A&G is also available for newbies entering the world of property and wish to increase their knowledge and have some form of structure along with being held accountable while growing their property business.

Property Sourcing

Property Sourcing is available for mainly London and Birmingham purchasers. In Birmingham properties sourced are for flipping, holding and a project management service is also available upon request.

Course Length and Time Details

The course consists of five 1-hour sessions, which can be spread over a day, a week, five weeks, or a schedule that works best for you. The timing is entirely flexible and depends on your availability.

How Is the Course Accessed?

The course is delivered via Zoom and can accommodate 1-to-1, 2-to-1, or even 3-to-1 sessions with myself, Jason Patterson.

Will there be any group course sessions?

Yes, there will be group sessions initially held via Zoom.

Is there any support after I finish the course?

Yes, you can book in paid 1-hour zoom sessions and get help and analysis deals.

Payment Details

Payment must be made in full at least 48 hours before the first session. Each additional participant is charged £500 per person. For example, if you and a friend enroll together, the cost would be £1999 for the first person plus £500 for the second, totaling £2499 for two people.
